PRACTICALITIES AND PRICING

I film properties anywhere in the UK or even abroad. However being based in Kent, I have easy access to adjacent counties like London, Essex, East Sussex, West Sussex and Surrey. For UK properties further afield I will need to stay overnight (possibly 2 nights) often at the property. Travel expenses are charged at 45p per mile across every project excluding international travel.

Most properties involve two days of filming, a day inside and another outside. I will usually deliver a 2-3 minute edited video within 2 weeks of the filming.

Obviously the cost of the video will depend on the size of the property and what needs to be featured. However as a guideline the first video above, Manor Farmhouse, would cost £1500 to make. The second video, Looe Island View, would be £1000 without aerial footage.
